Prices
I often receive questions from clients about the price of a ready-made trip. While it would probably be quicker to have “ready packages” on hand, that’s not how I work. I prepare each itinerary from scratch, tailored to your needs.
However, to help you roughly estimate the level of investment, I’ve included the key information below. The total cost of each trip is always made up of three elements:
Before you conclude that competitors offer lower prices, keep in mind that we have negotiated hotel rates significantly below those available on booking platforms. Thanks to this, even after including the organizer’s commission, you typically save up to around 20% compared to organizing the hotels and driver separately on your own.
A real example of a trip organized for a family of four in January 2026:

Total trip cost: 4,950 USD (14 days, 4* and 5* hotels)

Within this price: concierge service with minivan and all related costs – 1,400 USD, hotels – 3,180 USD, organizer’s commission – 370 USD

Booking the same hotels via Booking.com, even with the highest Genius discounts, would have cost 4,100 USD, which is 920 USD more. After subtracting the organizer’s commission (370 USD) from this difference, the client still saved 550 USD net.
CONCIERGE SERVICE
The prices below apply to the concierge service (driver-guide) per started day, provided that the client organizes the entire trip with us, including accommodation. If the client requires only a driver and arranges accommodation independently, an additional +10 USD per day applies.

The price list includes 4 types of vehicles, tailored to comfortably accommodate different numbers of passengers and luggage.

The rates apply to rentals of a minimum of 7 consecutive days. Shorter rental periods are priced individually, depending on the planned route.

Prices are given as ranges (from–to), as they depend on the availability of a specific vehicle.

The price includes all costs related to both the driver and the vehicle (fuel, road fees, driver’s meals and accommodation).

Upon request, clients may review documents such as: valid vehicle inspection certificate, insurance, and company registration in Sri Lanka.
VEHICLE OPTIONS:
Mini car (e.g. Suzuki Wagon R) – 2 people + medium/large luggage: 70–80 USD
Sedan (e.g. Toyota Axio) – up to 3 people + medium/large luggage: 80–90 USD
Minivan (e.g. Toyota KDH) – up to 7 people + medium/large luggage: 90–110 USD
Minibus – up to 14 people + medium/large luggage: 140–170 USD
ACCOMMODATION
This is the variable that depends 100% on you. We work with over 200 properties across the island, ranging from family-run guesthouses equivalent to one European star to luxurious five-star hotels, and we continually expand our list with new partner properties. To make your choice easier, I’ve divided the options into 4 price tiers (example prices are per person in a double room, including breakfast and private bathroom. Prices per person in a triple room are up to 15% lower, in a family room up to 25% lower):

Budget / student option – comparable to 1–2 European stars – from 5 to 20 USD

Standard option – solid 2–3 European stars – from 20 to 40 USD – sometimes you’ll find a little gem: occasionally a pool, sometimes air conditioning, usually a balcony with a nice view, always a fan in the room

Comfort option – solid 3–4 European stars – from 40 to 90 USD – most have a pool and air conditioning, a balcony with a nice view, almost all rooms are air-conditioned

Premium option – solid 4–5 European stars – from 90 USD and up – as the classics say: pure luxury. Service, décor, location – everything at the highest level.
ORGANIZER'S COMMISSION
My commission starts at 8% of the trip’s total value and depends on the actual workload. The more changes you request, the more work is involved, so the final commission can go up to 15%, although we usually stay around 10%.
Keep in mind that it’s in your interest to provide the most precise guidelines possible, as this allows me to tailor the program and the trip’s standard to your expectations right away, keeping my commission at the base 8%.
